Production Designer · British
Ken Adam
1921–2016
Created the visual language of the Bond film — including the Q Branch scenes that transformed the DB5 from grand tourer into cinematic icon. His sets married functional plausibility with theatrical ambition in a way that made every gadget feel earned rather than absurd.
Also known for: Goldfinger (1964), Dr. Strangelove (1964), Barry Lyndon (1975), Moonraker (1979)
